Hi, my name is Chuck Roulet and I am the founder and President of Showcase of Homes Realty. A native of Minnesota, I attended Georgetown University in Washington, DC where I earned a Bachelors of Arts in Government and Theology.

After graduation, I went to work for one of the largest law firms in the nation before returning home to Minnesota and working with a local law firm in the areas of commercial and residential real estate and business law.

I grew up in and around the real estate industry. My family has been involved in home remodeling since I was very young. In fact, I don’t recall ever living in a home that wasn’t in some state or another of construction. I even took some turns in construction to help pay for college and law school. As a result, real estate, especially home construction, is an area I have always loved.

Eventually, I decided to leave full-time legal practice and establish my own real estate brokerage. This presented me with an opportunity to combine my loves of real estate and law in a manner that I enjoyed.

However, I decided that simply doing what everyone else was doing was not good enough. I wanted to establish a company that was in many ways different from the rest. Gone would be the rigid, one-size fits all commission structures and marketing models. Gone would be retainer and all other sorts of “junk fees”. In their place would be flexibility in services as well as commission structures and a focus on the latest technology;  benefits to our clients and customers.

I also wanted to assure that our team exemplified the very best in professionalism and integrity. To this end, we have a written mission statement of four simple principles by which we operate. This statement is our promise to you our clients.

When I’m not working, I spend as much time as I can with my wife and daughter in the outdoors. Finally, as an avid Viking’s fan, I enjoy giving my cheesehead-inlaws as much grief as the NFC North standings will allow me.
